neither a Fraternity nor a rocket can move off its launching pad by one inch
nor knowingly deviate by one degree from its course once it is launched without
the two radars of sound Fraternal Management called GROWTH and ORDER. This is the underlying theme for the TRISKELION directions all over the years come. EXTERNAL ORDER is service-oriented. Strong commitment for being a TRISKELION, battle ready, battle-tested and highly spiritually mature. Be the performance standard in each TRISKELION. INTERNAL ORDER is discipline-oriented. The discipline and sound management of men, money, materials & resources. Rigid application of all TRISKELION internal procedures and policies. Self-discipline & Fraternal values application. Effective, productive, resourceful and professionalism. The relentless drive for GROWTH & ORDER has never been more amplified in the pursuit of our TRISKELION Goals to spearhead the TAU GAMMA PHI/ SIGMA to the top of the highly respective & Supreme Fraternity/ Sorority in the whole World. In the face of constant gentle negativism about Philippine Fraternities, it takes a great deal of resiliency to continue to push ideas with fervor and enthusiasm. It takes a Fraternal bull, a stubborn vigorous individual with his neck far out, a man with vision, an over achiever-to get things done and moving.
